It is the policy of the company to maintain a safe and drug-free work environment for all of its employees. The company will not hire any applicant for employment found to be engaging in the use or consumption of drugs or abuse of alcohol, unless such drug is prescribed for the user by a licensed physician, and then only if such drug is being used/consumed for the purpose intended.
Lane Brothers require all candidates to submit to a drug test as a condition of employment. Any candidate who refuses to submit to a drug and/or alcohol test will be removed from consideration of employment with Lane Brothers.
We record information about every work-related injury or illness that involves loss of consciousness, restricted work activity or job transfer, days away from work, or medical treatment beyond first aid. We also record significant work-related injuries and illnesses that are diagnosed by a physician or licensed health care professional.
